It is a 24-hour support center that allows members of managed communities to contact the property manager or accountant – and in the case of an emergency with a technical emergency.

What activities are included in the service for housing communities?

During the functioning of the community, our activities focus on the following actions:

preparing a financial plan for a housing community, setting fixed values for advances on media and maintaining a common property, i.e., – for building insurance, cleaning and maintenance services, green areas and remuneration of the manager
organization of meetings of housing communities, on which Community resolutions are subjected to voting
current management of the building condition and processing of defects reports in premises and parts of common property
preparation of annual financial statements and legal representation of the community.

How much does the management service for the community cost?

Due to the complexity and specificity of the service, we do not have a fixed price list. The monthly fees provided to us are the resultant of the community members’ findings regarding the number of advances for the given strategic goals.

Each offer inquiry is treated individually, doing a personalized valuation that takes into account the needs and expectations of a specific entity.
